CMO Office Hours gives construction leaders and in-house marketing teams direct access to experienced CMO-level judgment without a long-term engagement.
Bring a marketing challenge, opportunity, decision, or idea. We’ll work through it together, pressure-test your assumptions, identify what matters most, and give you clearer direction on what to do next.
Construction marketing problems are rarely solved by another generic tactic.
CMO Office Hours gives you 90 focused minutes to work through questions like these with someone who has spent decades marketing construction and A/E/C companies.
You’re not buying another marketing deliverable. You’re buying experienced judgment about what to do next.
The goal is not to leave with a polished report; the goal is to leave with better direction.
Many construction companies already have people who can execute.
They have a marketing director, coordinator, agency, business development team, or outside partners capable of doing the work. What they may not have is a senior marketing leader helping determine which work matters most.
CMO Office Hours can help you:
Great for:
This is a working session, not a presentation.
We’ll usually spend the first 10–15 minutes understanding your company, market, goals, challenges, and what prompted you to schedule the meeting.
From there, we work.
We may map out a rough strategy, challenge an assumption, review something on screen, identify priorities, develop ideas, or dig deeper until we understand the real marketing problem.
There is no predetermined agenda because your company does not have the same problem as every other contractor. That is the point.
Your $500 Office Hours session includes:
If a follow-up question turns into a new strategic issue, we may recommend scheduling another Office Hours session.
CMO Office Hours is not intended for technical implementation or detailed technical audits like CRM configuration, technical SEO or HTML review, software setup, and in-depth market research.
We will absolutely discuss the strategy behind CRM, SEO, websites, digital marketing, and other tools. We simply stay focused on what you should do and why, rather than spending your advisory time clicking through software settings.
Clients below represent our CMOs’ experience at past employers, agencies, and freelance relationships.

You do not need to prepare a presentation. It helps to come ready to explain:
If there are websites, proposals, marketing plans, campaigns, dashboards, competitors, or other materials you want to discuss, simply have them ready to share on screen.
Office Hours is not limited to a single session. In fact, occasional follow-up sessions can be useful when a new challenge, decision, or opportunity arises.
You might meet with us now to work through positioning, return in several months to review a marketing plan, and come back later when your company enters a new market.
You do not need weekly consulting to benefit from experienced marketing judgment. Sometimes 90 focused minutes is enough to get moving again.
CMO Office Hours can also serve as a test drive.
If you decide within 60 days that A/E/C CMOs should take a larger role in leading your marketing, we will credit your $500 Office Hours fee toward your new engagement.
By then, we already understand more about your company, goals, challenges, and team, which gives us a head start on onboarding.
Office Hours is designed for contractors, A/E/C companies, ConTech companies, and other businesses serving the construction industry. It works particularly well for smaller contractors that need experienced direction but are not ready for a fractional CMO, as well as larger companies with internal marketing teams that need occasional senior-level guidance.
CMO Office Hours is $500 for a 90-minute session and is prepaid when you book.
Up to three people from the same company may participate. That could include an owner or CEO, marketing leader, business development leader, or another person involved in the decision we are discussing.
Advance research and preparation are not included. That is intentional. We want to hear your situation directly, ask questions, and develop our recommendations without preconceived conclusions.
We provide a short intake form that should take about five minutes, but it is optional. The most useful information is what prompted you to schedule the session and what you hope to figure out during our time together.
No formal strategy or polished deliverable is included. We will share meeting notes and any documents we create while working together during the session. The value of Office Hours is the conversation, questions, judgment, and direction.
